Judo For Kids (Ages 5-12):
Discover the World of Judo in a Fun and Supportive Environment!
Our Kids Judo sessions are specially designed for young minds and bodies, ages 5 to 12. Held every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm (beginner class), 7pm to 9pm (advanced class) and Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm (beginner class) and 7:30pm tp 9:30pm (advanced class). These sessions focus on introducing the fundamental principles of Judo in an engaging and age-appropriate manner. Led by experienced instructors, children will learn basic techniques, improve their coordination, and develop essential life skills such as discipline and respect. The emphasis is on creating a positive and enjoyable experience that lays the foundation for a lifelong love of Judo.

The action continues with our Adult Judo session, catering to individuals aged 13 and up. Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm and Thursday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Participants will engage in a dynamic and challenging training environment, honing their Judo skills and benefiting from the expertise of our seasoned instructors. Judo Randori Day:
Challenge Yourself: Weekly Randori Day!
Experience the thrill of live practice on Randori Day, held on every Saturday when is no competitions. From 12:00pm to 2pm, all Judokas aged 6 and up engage in spirited Randori sessions, enhancing their skills through dynamic exchanges. Offering a unique opportunity to refine techniques and strategies in a supportive and collaborative environment.
